Your main goal should be to find a doctor willing to treat the patient. Start making calls Monday AM.
Tell his son to make sure they DO NOT give him Rendesivir!
He is intubated so he is not conscious.
His children have say in his treatment.
If a friend gives him Ivermectin in an unconscious state its a felony.
If a friend gave him Ivermectin and the patient dies…….even if he was going to die anyway, it’s an even worse felony. Now it’s murder/manslaughter.
His children could also sue in civil court.

I have kept several tubes of ivermectin on hand for 18 months already.
I have nipped several colds in the bud with it, on the first dose.
One tube treats 1250 pounds of horse, so quite a few human doses in there.
I used ivermectin paste on horses for many years.
Anyone who buys this stuff, must not tell store employees or others (phone orders from websites) that they are going to use it on humans. Just say Yep I’ve had horses all my life!

He contracted Covid there and was taken to ICU seriously ill
They started Remdesirvir.
He survived and is almost completely restored.......
More than half the things being recommended on this tread will get your friend killed.
Unless he named you as medical power of attorney you have no say in his medical care, can’t transfer him to another hospital or bring another doctor in.
Do not sneak in any medications, even vitamins. Do not recommend his kids do that either.

My son has suspected COVID. He NEVER gets sick and has been around people with it lately.
Just gave him a tube and started taking it with supplements. Feels better after the first dose. He was ready to crawl into bed. Perked up and ordered a pizza.
