Are our beliefs shaped by our environment? Why do we believe what we believe? We followed a liberal and a conservative for a day to see if their every day realities overlap.
Liberal vs Conservative: 24 Hours Side By Side

I can just imagine a liberals day. He wakes up, has a big glass of soy milk and kisses his boyfriend goodbye as he heads off to Starbucks in his Subaru.
On his way to the University where he works he listens to NPR and thinks what a great job Biden is doing.
I would proceed further with a typical liberals day, but I’m feeling a bit nauseous so I’ll stop right here.
Watched a bit of it.
Not surprisingly, the liberal thinks he can interpret the Bible however he wants. Liberals are the most childish people around.
I mean, it plays out a little too much like a conservative “just so” story, but it conforms to what I see in real life.
Shouldn’t there be a Gaydar meter in the corner of both frames?
The liberal is a fag.
Therefore all Libs are Fags?
That seems to be the thesis of this vid.
That was a waste of 5 minutes more or less, but it seemed like hours.
Bkmrk
He says that the Bible says to ‘just love’. My Bible says that God made them male and Female and said to go out ant multiply.
I don’t think there are any liberals or conservatives any more.
Kinda weird.
Liberal guy seemed to be a bit defensive, & all about himself (shown working on his body mostly) and if he’s gay, how is he going to get married and have kids?? That’s not how it works. His interpretation of the Bible is misleading. A pleasant enough guy, but comes across as shallow and “affected”. Definite “actor” type, maybe works as a waiter, waiting for a break.
Conservative guy seems more productive. Working on a car either as a job or a hobby? Has a wife (or girlfriend ?) and seems more stable. Does not stand for illegal immigration, even tho he is Mexican/PR. Seemed to be more self-confident/reliant.
Not sure what the point was of all this ... nothing really egregious or Ah-ha either way ...
I just bought a Subaru Forester Wilderness and I know I'm going to catch a lot of hell for it. Some will call me a homo, others will call me a lesbian, while others will demand I surrender my Man Card. And I did go through the Starbucks drive-thru yesterday, but it was for my wife, who insists on getting their black iced tea. I went with the Subaru because my wife already has one and she's a terrible driver, so I wanted something safe and something she's familiar with, as she drives both Subarus. That, and the local Subaru dealer isn't ripping people off like most other dealers, by charging a "market adjustment rate".
The essential difference between conservatives and liberals is the word consequences.
Conservatives believe that we should respect consequences and advances come from better understanding consequences.
Liberals believe that consequences can be protected against through clever techniques and building up bulwarks against them.
I wouldn’t call you any of that out of concern that you might fold into the fetal to never get up. :D
The car stereotyping of subarus is lame. I get it with prius and other hybrid EV but subaru makes a dependable, small to mid size AWD.
Fags buy Chevy, Ford and Dodge too.
You missed the butf*cking part.
Being that you are from Alaska and need the all-wheel-drive capability of a Subaru, I actually approve of your choice of vehicles. Good job.
Ha the comments going down a ways are pretty good. Surprised Google hasn’t pulled it or at least shut off commenting yet!
Don’t rag on my Subaru. It works harder than most people I know, and does what it’s supposed to do.
Rag on my nephew’s Nissan Leaf, please. Or f’ing Beamers, or Priuses, but not on my Subaru. In the snow it’s like driving a mountain goat.
