The investigation into Wisconsin’s elections is still ongoing as special counsel Michael Gableman continues looking into how voting in the state was carried out in the 2020 general election.
Gableman is now issuing about 70 subpoenas to state entities and employees, special interest groups, private companies, mayoral staffers and IT departments, throughout Wisconsin to obtain records, depositions and more information on the election process and organizations that seem to have had a hand in the administration of elections.
Gableman, who was previously a Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, was asked by Speaker of the Wisconsin state Assembly Robin Vos to lead an investigation into the 2020 election in the state. Gableman agreed and was appointed as special counsel.

I am sure any incriminating evidence has long since been destroyed
In this case it sounds like every one of the town election boards are getting served. Not sure this is a big deal yet.
Republicans don't get subpoenas, they just get SWAT teams at their front doors.

Wake me when there’s an indictment!!
Yawn.
I’m guessing this will all be wrapped up by 2025?
I wish I could remember the Supreme Court case from the 1920s involving a railway accident. A log that the railway was mandated to keep that registered the times that something (oil, brakes, hydraulics?) was supposed to be checked was subpoenaed. The railway said they couldn’t find it. The Court’s decision was that since the log was mandated to be kept, then whatever the plaintiff was alleging must be true. It was a gimme.
Anyone know if Scott Walker has weighed in on WI vote fraud? He was subjected to so much fraud himself, he ought to know.

Wisconsin had an 89% ‘turnout’ in 2020, something like 10 points higher than any state in the country, ever. If they want to find funny stuff, they will.
Love this phrase “overturning the election” its like “gun buy backs”
We keep letting democrats pick phrases.
“Wisconsin had an 89% ‘turnout’ in 2020,”
I was trying to explain how this aberration indicates something was funny in WI to a liberal online. It was a complete waste of my time.
They’re all convinced that everyone in swing states that lived in the cities where most fraud occurred hated Trump even more than those in other states and that he was the most hated President of all time. That’s a good enough explanation for them.
I wish I could be that dumb ... I’d sleep better.
