Good morning on this New Year’s Eve! Thank you for the information. Our order from Sovereign is on its way!
It is fairly common.... when I was looking for it, I phoned around. Some of the vitamin/supplement stores had it and some didn’t. At least a few of the stores that didn’t have it were ones that normally carried it but were out of stock... perhaps because all of a sudden, it had become strangely more popular than normal....
Reread my post. Zinc was included and she was an ER doc so when I said back in RR I meant back at work.
Just treat the symptoms with OTC meds and stay away from hospitals and doctors with financial incentives to hospitalize and intubate??
Works for people who try it.
Yes, got it. Thank you.
Knew that and was first to carry it on FR and elsewhere last year. Original exchange on this thread was garbled, misread, missworded, now some are correcting the teacher.
Ivermectin
Hydroxychloroquine
Quercetin
In that order of effectiveness.
And for those who’ve had these serums (vax, jab, etc.), get into Pine Needle Tea asap.
Here’s more on the “Vaxx Repair Protocol”:
What do i do if i am vaccinated already??
The best thinking available at this moment:
NAC (an amino acid) for cellular repair.
C60 for apoptosis to get rid of damaged cells & repair mitochondria.
Ivermectin (12mg dose for regular adult, body weight is a factor for dose, see package)
Glutathione to flush out grapheme oxide & SPIONS.
Vitamin D (crucial) minimum 10,000 IU daily (15,000 IU in winter) probably daily rest of life. - immune system support.
Vitamin C (intracellular ‘cement’ repair & other uses) minimum 3 gms daily liposomal.
Chaga tea daily (couple of cups should suffice - 1/4 tsp chaga powder to 8 oz hot water - ok to drink the chaga powder in the mix).
Balanced Zinc (15 zn to 1 cu) Amazon to locate by that label. Protects against covid & will degrade spike proteins & SPlONs.
Pine Needle Tea.
I haven’t drunk milk since I was a youngster but of course like most people, use various milk products. I don’t think that I ever thought about kefir or paid any attention to it when going through the dairy section of a store. What I used to do was mix yogurt with blueberries and cereal for a decent breakfast. After reading the Jerusalem Post article, I replaced the yogurt with kefir and like it better.
The Post article came out before the recent discussion of lactoferrins and makes no mention of them…. When I saw the piece, I was simply thinking that from the perspective of probiotics and gut health, the kefir would likely have great benefits and if it also presented some defense against the WuFlu, that was a bonus. There are plenty of articles that claim that from a probiotic perspective, kefir is a better choice than yogurt. There are other choices as well such as foods like sauerkraut. https://www.todaysdietitian.com/newarchives/100111p46.shtml
Now that there has been some discussion about lactoferrins, I wondered what the content was in kefir but from what I found, the concentration is essentially the same as if it was in ordinary cow’s milk… say 100 mg/litre. For this reason, it would seem impractical to assume that one could get all the lactoferrins they need out of just doing what I’m doing… mixing it with the morning cereal. However, it may be part of the overall picture and as mentioned, it does have other health benefits.
I bought mine from Swansons vitamins. I think the quality of their products is good, service is good and prices too.

Yes, I used that. It seemed to work.
