Cruise industry SHOULD flood the ships with ivermectin, HCQ, ect. they are NOT under USA laws which is WHY they do not hire American citizens for staff!!

American citizens still want to be paid well — far better than the foreign crews they hire. Cruise lines absolutely could not afford to hire Americans. (Sadly.)
American wages are much higher than 3rd world countries. Any business prefers the most economical labor.
