If a second Thanksgiving, a second Christmas, a second St. Patrick's Day, a third Easter, and a third Independence Day, can be squelched through fearmongering (if not outright government oppression) it may not be much longer before people will not only not wish to return to pre-Plannedemic celebrations, but will actually begin to lose the memory of what such celebrations were like.
This is the CCP’s global “Cultural Revolution”.

Isn’t it clear now that they are out to destroy our society and our way of life, and that covid is the sledgehammer they’re using to attack it with? (didn’t GW say they hated us because of our way of life? - he must’ve meant the deep state globalists hate us, even though we all thought he meant muslim extremists. He probably had a good laugh about that at his country club with his globalist buddies.)

So they canceled a parade in December that is scheduled for March - here we go again in 2022 Cancel everything...
That far in advance tells me it’s about spoiling everyone’s good times, not about protection. After all, who can say what the conditions will be 3 months away?

They can ask us. We’re still celebrating all of those holidays. Mask-free. No vax cards required. 😏

He mentions a few eccentric types still trying to maintain the "old ways" in secret who, e.g., mistakenly celebrate Hallowe'en in mid-winter.

There will be libations, whoring, and fighting no matter a parade or not.

My wife showed me a meme: “2022 is pronounced 2020 too.”
I know people that have said “Covid will ALWAYS be with us forever.”
And some in reply have said “Well sure, until we get 100% vaccination and 100% masking everywhere.”

LOL! It wouldn’t matter if 100% of people got vaxxed, because COVID has animal reservoirs.

but will actually begin to lose the memory of what such celebrations were like.
All predicted by Ray Bradbury in "Fahrenheit 451."and the mechanics of lost memory described in George Orwell's 1984
