What I take is or one or two daily of the 10000 D3 in the red plastic bottle at Amazon ---- https://www.amazon.com/Carlyle-Vitamin-Softgels-Promotes-Supplement/dp/B07GRBQY5B -- I like the red bottle. It makes your daily D3 more noticeable and harder to neglect.
Best way to take your D3, for best absorption, is coming soon from me----
I also take D3 with K2 by Now Foods and magnesium supplement. High dose D3 should be taken w these two.
Now Foods also makes a magnesium in two forms-- https://www.amazon.com/Supplements-Magnesium-Bisglycinate-Powder-8-Ounce/dp/B00NIJ03C0 --- This uses to 2 glycinates to chelate the magnesium so is more absorbable than common mag glycinate which bonds magnesium into one glycinate. Probably the bisglycinate crosses the blood brain barrier better to sharpen your mind. I am currently using Mag - bisglycinate but will be buying some of the mag-glycinate too
But with the bisglycinate you get less magnesium per capsule than the common magnesium glycinate. Magnesium l-threonate is very expensive, but comes highly recommended (by Life extension company and others) for crossing the blood brain barrier. Buy some of the Mag Threonate to mix and match your magnesium intake. Magnesium is also very good for your heart.
Read the Amazon reviews for Magnesium Threonate. If you have money to spend mostly use this form of magnesium.
I am not as well versed in HCQ and Ivermectin, so please post on our beloved horse paste. I do have a great formula for bulletproof coffee coming next.
Go Eat lots of processed foods with preservatives. Those preservatives will preserve you too. To age 96 or better.
And don’t forget a nice McWhopper on the way home, they’re processed with anti bloating agents...Yum yum.
