one of the signatures of Omi is night sweats, bad night sweats, so watch for that and don’t get dehydrated :)
I’m no longer a fan of IVM since monoclonals were made publically available in 2021 and they work great with no guesswork on dosing. But if you take IVM, realize there are 78 identified drug interactions to watch for which may affect medication you’re already taking or affect how the disease is treated in hospital if it ever comes to that, which I hope it doesn’t:

Good luck.
That pesky ethanol. Breezed right through otherwise.
LOL
Tell me all about Omicron, even though I’ve had it for a week.
Tell me all about IVM and drug combos even though I’m following a protocol that thousands have taken. Other than IVM, the rest is vitamins, zinc and one of two antibiotics which I’m skipping.
Only a small percentage of people qualify for the mAb infusions. Either old, overweight or with certain respiratory conditions like severe asthma. Two out of three have are being discontinued due to them not working on Omicron. Fedgov said more than 70% of US cases are Omicron so they said they’re stopping 2 of 3. A day later, they changed that 70%+ to under 30%. They’ve never been widely available and now will be even more scarce. DeSantis and FL went out and sourced their own because of the scarcity.
My wife was barely eligible due to her BMI. I’m 56, thin and have no underlying respiratory conditions.
