Reminds me of a story I read a while back about a U.S. executive for a large Japanese company making a business trip to the company's headquarters in Japan.

He arrived early and came across the CEO of the company cleaning the men's bathroom.

Japanese companies are very egalitarian that way. Everyone all the way up to the CEO takes a turn at doing the menial jobs that keep the offices and plants in order.

There’s a video I love of Trump working various positions at one of his hotels.

IIRC Don Jr and Eric had to work at construction sites growing up in the business.

Yep. That was one of the good things about working for Japanese companies (in Japan) for 14 years. The bigger companies may not have restroom cleaning turns on the list, but we all had to take a turn collecting and weighing the recyclables.

Our particular division got called out once because our newspaper recycling rate was below 100%. Simple cause: people were taking newspapers home to read on the train. Simple solution: start bringing them back (and maybe include a few from home). We were at 107% the following month.

It sounds silly but it does enhance the teamwork concept.
