It’s all Aarron Rodgers and Cole Beasleys fault for not getting “jabberwockied”
Never let a crisis go to waste.
How do they confirm a claim like that?
You would have to completely isolate groups of non-infected people - vaxxed and un-vaxxed - then expose them only to asymptomatic infected people - then wait for days to see if the healthy people get infected.
In the real world, without a total lock down, it is almost impossible to determine who infected whom.
What would happen if 2 or more players dropped dead on the field during the playoffs/stupor bowl? Not that I wish that would happen.
Oh, I’ll do better than that...
...every player will be curved of covid just before the playoffs start.
Can anyone nail down the approximate date (or date range) all these folks were jabbed and what they were jabbed with? This may be helpful in the future - since they’ve all came down with this at the same time.
Not just the NFL. NBA, and the most successfully jabbed sport - the NHL, who is now forced to put their league on hold - due to so many covid cases.
I wonder how many were symptomatic? How many actually felt bad enough to know they had it?
Guess it is a good thing they've got that vaccine mandate. ;-/
NFL/BLM
COMPLETE acronyms matter.
Speaking selfishly, all these players testing positively with most of them having to sit out upcoming games, it makes picking my teams on DraftKings much more difficult…LOL
Most of these players a vaxxed, so two negative test get them back on the field in time for Sunday’s games.
That is BS.
You missed the most important part of the article.
As the omicron variant continues to rage, sports leagues and the federal government have changed their policies for COVID-positive people. The NFL has said that vaccinated asymptomatic players can test off the COVID list with two negative tests, while unvaccinated players have to isolate for ten days. On Monday, the CDC shortened the isolation period after testing positive — regardless of vaccination status — from ten to five days.
Although the NFL has yet to change their policy, I suspect they will use the CDC guidance to shorten Unvaxxed players to 5 days.
That’s true for most of them but some go down to the day of the game, it makes for a busy Sunday morning making last minute adjustments to your teams.
I normally play 60 teams so it take some time to get it all straightened out.
