A Maryland trooper cut off a friend of mine then pulled him over for illegal lane change and careless driving.
When he came up to give him his ticket, my friend handed the cop his phone and said that the cop should talk to his supervisor.

Once had a local PD officer purposely pullout in front of me causing me to lock up my brakes. Said he was “testing my reactions” to make sure I was not drunk. Then he bent down and looked over at my female passenger... I was dating the Chief’s daughter at the time... And he had just endangered her life.
