The details of both his non-sin and the insane fire the law school is raining down on his head should be a reminder to all of us that American academia is toxic.
Mao’s deadly Cultural Revolution germinated in academia when students embraced it and began to terrorize their professors by accusing them of anti-Maoist wrongthink. The movement lasted for a decade, during which hundreds of thousands to millions of people died, while China’s irreplaceable cultural and historical heritage was destroyed. We are experiencing a Maoist revolution in America and, as in China, academia is ground zero for the great terror. The latest example is being visited upon Prof. Jason Kilborn, a law professor at U. Illinois-Chicago John Marshall Law School, for using the “n” word, literally, as in “n____.”
Legal Insurrection has the whole story and I urge you to visit it for the details but I’ll give the short version here.
SNIP
Here, verbatim, is the test question that Kilborn presented to his students, as he has for years, including the polite dashes:

Apparently, in 2021, even an allusion to these words was too much for the Black Law Student Association (“BLSA”), which viciously attacked Kilborn, complaining to the school’s Dean and Chancellor and putting up a Change.org petition. The petition called those elided words “dark and vile verbiage” that “caused unnecessary distress and anxiety” for students. It’s impossible to imagine these students handling an actual case in an actual court although I guess they’ll make up in mindless viciousness what they lack in intelligence, toughness, and skill.
Later, the BLSA put out a tweet asking any student who was ever offended by anything Kilborn has ever said to speak up. Thanks to this effort, they were able to add that Kilborn had called minorities ...

Obama had several prominant appointments that turned out to be the “Maoist” flavor of communist. It seems he had an affinity for that type. I suspect he has salted government positions that are less visible with many Maoists that are put in place to spread the cancer of these beliefs.
How can law students effectively practice law if dealing with such situations even in question form is beyond their fragile psyche?
What do they think they’d be doing in REAL life?
They talk that way to each other every time.
Ever listen to rap lyrics?
It’s ingrained in who they are.
The Russian communist got nothing on the Maoists when it comes to getting rid of their opponents
I know.
"...Kilborn has used the same question for years, but this time it provoked an uproar. One student declared that on seeing the sentence, she became "incredibly upset” and experienced “heart palpitations"..."
Wow.
I was at a Christmas Eve dinner, and the subject of something 'black' came up, and people were nervous even saying the word 'black'. Presumably, without the capitalization. I found it sad and weird.
And that is their goal.
In Communist China, this is known as an Eight Week Long 'Struggle Session'.
Orwellian
Yes. You hit that on the head. It was the goal in Orwell’s 1984 to make people self-censor so the party didn’t have to. I think the Newspeak term was “Wrongthink”.
Hell. They wanted to even root out people who had to self-censor, accusing them of engaging in “ThoughtCrime”.
Because, after all, if you weren’t engaging in Thoughtcrime, you couldn’t be accused of Wrongthink which is probably the term for covering it up by shutting your mouth.
The harassed professor must be White. That makes him the one to blame for all the self-inflicted failures and pathologies of America’s #1 certified victim group.
.
Good for them.
It’s ingrained in who they are.
Yesterdays liberals are today’s Commies.
