This is our first Christmas without Rush Limbaugh, and for millions of us it is a terrible void.

I have his picture on my fridge and miss him everyday .
There are a number of people out there who are good, a few very good, but none are on the same level as Rush. We'll never see the day when someone new comes along, and people say "this guy's as good as Rush Limbaugh!"
I do miss him. He will never be replaced either I am afraid.
So glad you appreciated it. Tough first Rush-less Christmas for so many of us!!!
Yes, always found a time to tune in for at least part of his show when on the road.
But he’s always there via a subscription to Rush 24/7. A loft of what he talks about is still relevant today.
Re: 36 - He did like to smoke his cigars.
Did he ever discuss cigar smoking in the context of his cancer?
Don’t know if you can say cigars were the source of his cancer. He smoked cigars, was a cigarette smoker, and seemed sedentary. He “didn’t like to walk”. Seem against exercise. For years he used to get colds all the time. In hindsight that may have been a sign of a weakened immune system. Such a loss.
No, he never mentioned them.
But it was stage IV lung cancer.
And?
It was cigars that gave him it.
And how do you know this?
Stop giving him a pass.
Give “The Wilkow Majority” a try. He’s not Rush, but he’s very good and better than all the others trying to fill the void.
Yup, been listening to Wilkow for a couple of years.

I take that to mean you have no evidence.
My guess is that nefarious folks might get by with more nefariousness without the Rushbo to keep an eye on things.
Rush was your hero, so you won’t criticize him.
