While Argentina may be geographically opposite I think the correct view is to look for a region where there is limited travel as a percentage of an affected population.

Particularly air travel.

Those part of Africa despoiled by Marxist and now racist kleptocracies for decades probably have some of the least mobile populations and with that the least chance to backfire on the ChiComs,

You know not of what you speak. China has immense investment in SA. I know. Expat South African. The travel between the two is very very substantial. Gauteng to Beijing flight are as many as if not more than Gauteng to London or NY.

The Chinese government has been big in Africa for decades now. They have a large presence there. They’re not always welcome there. Initially their money (from favored trading status with the West) bought their way into Africa, but then the locals caught onto them. Still, their money held onto local leaders and influencers.

Sound familiar?

Yeah, it’s how they operate.

So Chinese access to Africa, yes.

To Argentina, not so much.
