The amazing thing about the medical system is not that it is so messed up. The amazing thing is that it works at all.

You’re right we aren’t the customer, we are the waste bins into which the true customers dump all their poison. We blindly go back to pay them to add more poison, which they gladly do. I have less respect for MDs now than I do for lawyers, and that is a very low threshold.
