With all that said, is telling someone to “drop dead” or to “f-— off and die” really grounds for a manslaughter charge if they follow through on your suggestion? Seems like a stretch.

That’s a good question. I have not read the communications (not do I want to). It is quite possible her BF was severely depressed to the point of being mentally ill. If so, pushing him over the edge like that might well fall under manslaughter. It looks like she is largely on probabtion with a suspended sentence. Her life may not be over, but she is forever marked. Probably does deserve it in my book. She probably looked at the abuse as a game.

You’re diagnosing a strangers issues whom you’ve never met. and I have issues? No, i dont have issues with suicide and dont shed a tear for a full grown man who kills himself or his family who blames someone else for their own failure at raising a well adjusted child or getting him help to be independent in thought.
