FATHER GOD,
Protect the lives and property of the Coloradans as they flee the raging fires. You promise You will be with us through the fire and the water. You will not let us burn or drown.

May Your angels of protection shelter the firefighters and first responders. Put an impenetrable shield around them. May not one be injured.

LORD, You calm the waves and the seas. You told the wind, “Peace. Be still.” May You calm the 100 mile an hour winds.

We cry out to You, Refuge and Shield.

In JESUS’ Name we pray. AMEN.
