I replaced the shower head with a lawn sprinkler.
Now there is grass growing in the bathroom.

You must have a window, so the grass gets some natural light.

Something I’ve noticed in the various places that I’ve lived: Bathrooms that have a window, even if it’s never opened, don’t seem to grow any mold in the grout. Those that don’t have a a window have a mold problem.
