Trump was elected as a voice in the wilderness as we realized the crap we were being fed year after year by professional politicians.

And yet with the most important decisions, where did Trump go?

For all intents and purposes, those same professional politicians. (Sessions, Barr, Wray, Milley, 3 SC Justices, Fauci and covid)

And here we are.

I am not being too critical of Trump.

The left has not separated Trump from his supporters. As Rush always said “Trump Is the only person that could separate himself from his supporters”.

I still like Trump, but he needs to get with it and realize he was duped by Fauci , Birx and the left. Those Fake vaxes were already ready to go before stupid warp speed because the Plandemic was planned in advance.
Trump has a chance to set this right and he needs to act fast before the fake vax kill off gets into full swing.

Perhaps you should run for president and then you can see firsthand just how difficult it can be to navigate within a swamp full of vipers. Trying to distinguish between the vipers that are dangerous, and the vipers that are harmless.

If Trump has a fault, it's being too trusting in people and believing that they love this country as much as he does.

I'll vote for him a 3rd time, because I think he is far more astute to the real working of the government leviathan now.

I lived in the D.C. area for many years. I had a love/hate relationship with the area. Now I will never return, even for a visit with old friends still in the area.

Yup. The only thing newsworthy here is that Trump once again took the bait and clearly has no effective advisory staff.

I wasn’t critical of his prior statement on his booster, but this takes the cake.

I think you’re right about those vaxs’ too.

I think 60% or more of the US population is unbelievably stupid. Incredibly so (it really pains me to posit this). For evidence of this, look at TV commercials. The people that develop these know their audience extremely well.

If the above is true... Trump has a difficult needle to thread. I think to come out of this unscathed, he has to be part of the duped population. That amounts to becoming a martyr, if we’re right about the vaxs’.

Oh man. Call Trump whatever. I call him an American, granted an exceptionally talented one.

But as an American, he decided to sacrifice some precious years of his (likely wonderful beyond our imagination) life to drive the country for a few years.

Doing that is his civic duty. Like serving on a jury is mine. But these two actions are not equal. Mr. Trumps contribution has been more than I could ever do in 100 lifetimes. His sacrifice means more to me and my family than my simpleton writing can convey.

So he took the helm of this giant company. I think it’s natural to assume that a company is constructed with elements that are loyal to the companies mission statement and published values. I think he found that this was not the case at all. I think actually, we’re in some real trouble here.

Agree 100%. Which is why I still stand behind the man who, in my mind, is a legend among legends. A true American who sacrificed so much to help this country and her citizens.

These people who want to play armchair quarterback, and criticize, are the ones who only want someone else to do what they know they cannot do. I can, to a point, understand their frustration, but they are taking their frustrations out on the wrong person when they blame Trump. For the blame lies elsewhere. The majority of them share the blame, for being part of the silent majority for far too long. Many of them remain too silent in many respects.

Have you forgotten the Fauci press conferences in which Trump gave deep praise to Fauci? Trump was deeply cowered by the threat of COVID. He wanted to spread efforts to bring early treatment but allowed the med est to cower him. He knew invermectin was effective but refused to put its advocate physicians up front. He did not fire Fauci. There was far too much about COVID that Trump failed to rectify. Ultimately he turned the entire matter over the the pharmaceutical companies who have used it to create wide spread devastation and become extremely wealthy. In the final analysis Trump failed to bring reason and calm to this situation.
I love the man but in this he failed spectacularly.
