It will take longer to sell and/or will sell at a discount.
Going to take layers of primer on the inside to fix it. Might be cheaper, and longer lasting, to just replace the sheetrock.
Black roof is OK but will be expensive in the summer. The hardest part on the outside is stripping the paint from the stone sections. Never understood why people paint trim black. It will be a headache for years.
It is the problem of "custom" anything.
If those pines are on the south side, no problem. If they snap in half, as pines are won’t to do, in a wind storm, then very expensive as wel as potentially deadly. I took a giant pumpkin of a pine down near my house. Things are stupid and messy ( pitch). .
The problem is that it is inconsistent/incompatible with other houses in the neighborhood.
In an entire neighborhood of homes similar to it in appeal, it wouldn't sell at a discount unless the entire neighborhood lacked appeal.
That said, I like it.
