YES! LOL

When I bought my house (built in 1860, victorian) the ceilings had wallpaper. I believe it kept the cracked ceiling plaster from falling down! At one point the wallpaper was painted.

I can’t imagine trying to fix that. Maybe that is why they developed tin ceilings.
