Stephanie Lontz came to the rescue earlier this month for 19-year-old Lauren. As you can see in the Ring Camera video ... Lauren began screaming for help with her dog in her arms, as the larger dog was biting and lunging at them.
After several terrifying seconds, they were only able to escape safely into the house, thanks to Stephanie, who ran from her delivery van and got in between Lauren and the pit bull.
The Amazon driver..told the local NBC TV station, "I wouldn't even think it's motherly, it's just the human thing to do."
Though Lontz saved Lauren's day, she says Amazon workers go through so much on a normal basis that this sort of thing was not unusual for her. In fact, she says she herself was bitten by a dog 2 days prior to this incident.

Wow! I just had a “Chet” flashback.
You just can’t trust a pit bull....ever.
Most all of them have a RED switch hidden somewhere that switches to REDZONE-GO mode with little or no warning.
But he a good dog. Everybodies love him. His momma love him. He be aspiring yapper.
It looks as though the girl was calling for the PB at first???
Pit Bull alert!
Wow. That video shows the Pitbull just switches to kill mode in the blink of an eye. Scary.
Why people think it’s cute to keep these killer dogs around I’ll never understand.
The dog fancier community should end the pit bull breed.
In before the “it’s the owner, not the dog” people show up.
Yes, but since this site stinks and it took me 4 tries just to actually see the video, I’m not repeating that process.
I’m wondering either if it’s one of her dogs, or she was just indicating to the driver that she could handle it, knowing a loose dog was around.
PBT wasn’t that bad except with attacking the other dog.
Regular dog fanciers are not into this type. There are PBT types recognized but PBTpeople are generally their own society.
Shows a dog playing.
Mad dog ping.
One day, at one of my fix 'n' flips, I left the front door open. To my horror, a huge pitty walked in. I froze! Luckily, she only kissed me to death, but those things scare the hell outta me.
Try this one.

Rottweilers are worse than pit bulls.
...and they are the rudest dog owners around. Dogs off leashes and think they can control the beasts. They cannot and they do not. (at least not in my area. Even with signs up in parks)
