t looks like a scene from the “Fast and the Furious” movies, but it’s real – drivers were recently seen on video pulling dangerous stunts right on the Eisenhower Expressway. How was this allowed to happen? CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports...

Looked like some white ones in the mix? OK by me to shoot them and maybe the others will take the hint?
Like something you see in places run by Mexican cartels.
How was this allowed to happen?
The Democrat Party promoted anarchy all through 2020, and people developed a taste for it.
That’s how.
Like me, you didn;t think Mad Max was a documentary! It was!
This article reminded me of when Lightfoot’s buddy, the “Census Cowboy” aka Adam Hollingsworth, rode a horse for eight miles down the Dan Ryan Expressway during rush hour.
One of the first things that police have done, at least in Houston, when funds are cut and police retire/transfer is to cut way back on traffic enforcement. I hardly ever see a traffic stop and I drive over a hundred miles a day. The 610 loop and I 45 are like NASCAR racetracks these days. And don’t even think about calling for the cops to show up at a fender bender.
Paper tags way out of date, no insurance, no driver’s license, every day occurrence in Houston!
A few months ago here a gang of racers shut down a freeway to run races. For some reason the police seemed impotent to stop them.
Um, actually traffic enforcement generally tends to *generate* additional income for a municipality. They tend to cut other police services and increase speed/traffic enforcement, not the other way around.
The reason Houston has cut traffic enforcement is due to the massive increase in danger to officers conducting traffic stops.
Ah, now I see why they want to steal Challengers and Chargers.
Cops never pull over Mexicans for traffic offenses. It’s a 99% chance they are wetbacks and they will disappear. There is no money in it, and I have zero respect for revenue traffic pigs.
No wetbacks in Miami-Dade County blocked off several miles of Florida’s state highway US1 to race their $100,000+ Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and Maseratis.
Northbound traffic was effectively stopped for nearly an hour until gradually untangled from the blockade.
See above...
Comments shut down on YT. LOL! First of all, what is the penalty for what they did? Second, would the prosecutor actually charge them? If so, would they just get no bail, then probation, and a fine they wouldn’t pay? Can’t garnish a person’s wages who doesn’t work. Why would the cops bother even arresting. Not worth the hassle!
It’s become popular. They plan it out, make it quick and leave before the cops get there.
Chicago could patrol I-290 with their own police, but 19 officers have been stripped of their police power for refusing to reveal their vaccine status. Others are having to deal with increased crime brought about by the DA’s refusal to prosecute certain crimes. Elections have consequences.
—”Chicago could patrol I-290 with their own police”
A long-time agreement has the Illinois state police patrol the Chicago areas of the expressways.
Every night at a major intersection in Minneapolis.
Amish youths in their buggies?
Re: Houston, driving over 100 miles a day and not seeing any highway patrols. I live in Minneapolis and only see one traffic cop a month, if that. Our roads are turning into the Wild West.
It seems as if reparations includes not having to obey traffic laws.
