Listening to his live show he is playing clips of Trump touting the vaccine on tour with Bill O'Reilly and is VERY upset:

I read his pieces, but there’s a reason he was banned most places for years, including FR
Alex and Infowars were banned on FR until a few years ago.
He has repeatedly said he would not support mandates. Matter of fact I heard him say it in person (at a rally).
I don’t get the big deal.
a) the vaccine will almost certainly keep you out of the hospital and morgue for OG Covid and delta but its benefit in stopping infection is not that great
b) omicron blows right through the vaccines but this variant has a universal survival rate
c) natural immunity appears more durable than synthetic, provided you survive the infection which almost everyone does
He was playing clips of Trump boasting about the vaccine “we got it done in 9 months” etc. etc
This is what upset him.
Who gives a crap about anything Alex Jones has to say. He’s about as credible as The Young Turks or the FBI these days.
Being a 100% Deplorable MAGA person, I for one am happy Alex Jones will not be supporting Donald Trump.

I’d go with DeSantis. But as it is, DeSantis and Trump my split the ticket. As someone said, “Trump busted down the door, but it needs to be someone else who walks through.”
Exactly, he does not believe the Fed Gov or anyone else should be mandating the vaccines.
But his opinion of the vaccines is that they’re good and effective. So what, it’s his opinion, one does not have to support everyone of Trump’s opinions 100% to support him whole-heartedly.
Very simple objective test to see if Trump truly has the best interest of the country at heart or it would be best if he just went the hell away:
1. Does he knee jerk attack Jones as he normally would anybody that disrespects him in any way?
OR
2. Does he step back and wonder what would cause someone who was normally such a big fan to turn on him. And does Trump grow as a man because of it, find a humble way to say he has made mistakes, and become a better candidate in 24?
If he picks number one then he could be the ruination of the right and ultimately of the United States.
I know a former Democrat who believes everything from Alex Jones

I finally gave up trying to talk him down from some of the conspiracies and just nod my head and change the subject
As far as I know, Trump is not pushing mandates.
I cannot imagine he would. From what I know of him, it just doesn’t sound like he would be for that. He would be for individual choice, I expect.

And they would be 100% correct! Trump should fess up and start to limit the damage he’s doing by touting this warp speed nostrum of his.
Alex’s beef is with Trump taking “credit” for the mRNA vaccines rolled out in 9 months.
He says: “this is the end of Civilization”.
To him this is akin to endorsing mass death.
Just when in teh last 20 years, or so, has Alex Jones NOT BEEN UPSET?................

Makes sense that he would feel this way. Especially in light of the work he did trying to get this all under control

Trump is still right about 98% of the things that concern me

He hasn’t and he won’t. He has regard for the constitution even if everyone else doesn’t
Alex has been done with Trump at least three times or more now. Who cares??
