This is the 21st century where we can see what’s going on around the world. We have S Africa and the UK to watch as Omicron is near full swing there. Omicron is not much different than the common cold. The woman doctor in S Africa who discovered the Omicron variant is very disappointed in the world’s overreaction because she’s witnessed how mild it is. One person in the entire world has allegedly died from Omicron but no details have been given, age, comorbidities, of covid vs with covid etc.

We’ve done this for two years. Watch the rest of the world and then we’re unprepared like it’s a big surprise that things end up similar here. When I saw empty shelves in Italy, I went shopping for TP and food. Even bought a small chest freezer and filled it. 1 1/2 months later, meat and TP shelves were empty here and there were no freezers to be found. We can’t rely on leaders or the msm to keep us informed.

I’m more worried about stupid leaders locking things down than Omicron.

There's limit to what Joe Biden can do unless he decides he wants to become a dictator. We all know that is possible. If blue states want to lock down their citizens. Go for it.

Me too.

Biden is supposed to have some address to the Nation tomorrow (Tuesday). I expect more foolish and destructive policy to be announced, based on their reaction to their bad polls.

1. We must do something (politically).
2. This is something.
3. Therefore, we must do it…

I think they are panicking over a possible nasty mutation from Omicron, with its Ro of 20 or higher. If it was able to add lethality to its bag of tricjs, that could be deadly.

We will all get omicron, most of us will be asymptomatic.
There is no lockdown in the world that can keep this baby at bay. Stories from Hong Kong have shown that.

Idk what western countries are thinking.
