I’m almost glad Rush didn’t see his country become the rat hole it’s progressing to. It was bad enough when he was alive but worsens every day

I’ve got the capacity to love them both. The band was first, in 1977, 8th grade and EIB Rush next, circa 1991.

I took my family to a store on the afternoon of Rush’s death. When we pulled back into my driveway I broke down and bawled loudly for the longest time.

Rush must have been pretty important to you.

I discovered Rush in 1991 ... a classic "Wow, he says what I'm thinking" thing.
I listened every day that I could for 30 years. Yeah, he was important and entertaining as well.
I do miss him.
