They didn't. There are plenty of provable cases of ballot fraud. Some were posted here.
Dems are now having to steal ballots even in deep blue states just to win narrowly.

Ann is right. There was fraud, the other guy clearly won, but folded like a cheap suit & neither the state or national GOP did a damn thing about it.
