Time for states, counties and municipalities to set up plenary courts and legislatures to overrule illegal dictates from the criminal fascists occupying Washington DC.
And, for those curious about such matters, the answer is yes, the founders did indeed establish plenary courts and legislatures to ignore and knock down diktats from King George III and his Tory government.
