Meat, poultry, dairy, legumes, grains, vegetables, and fruit. Have some of each, at least. The rest is up to you.

There is no such thing as a vegetarian human being - no matter what some want to believe.
Such a human would have been born with their eyes on the sides of their head and without canine teeth.
You don't need binocular vision and canine teeth to hunt down and kill a vegetable.
To: Red Badger
The human brain did no grow larger and gain intelligence until it ate meat. anyone ever ask this question? What di man need in order to survive winters before we had 24-7 availability to fresh vegetables though the winter, that they did not have? Go ahead, try to survive through a winter as a hunter gatherer without eating meat. Good... when the SHTF they will drop like flies because they are idiots.

Compared to meat-eater Ross, vegan Hugo experienced a massive drop in cholesterol and a sharp increase in resistance to type 2 diabetes.
Alternatively, meat-eater Ross was able to easily kick Hugo's ass.

A co-worker of mine was a vegan. She always looked emaciated. Her skin was always ill-white. She was always sick with one illness after another.

The meat eater does better. Better immune system.

I like the way they got around to killing off any validity to the study by the end. More studies [grants] needed.

It was only for 12 weeks. Not long enough. There are plenty of people vegan for 5+ years who look like concentration camp victims.
