I suggest you look at the first link I posted from Eletherios G. and look at the 22 “Documents from Dr. Zelenko” They run from his 3/23/2020 letter with ccs to Trump and Meadows all the way to Nov. 2021. I had read some of the early ones previously, and looked at the two most recent to see how his recommendations might have changed over time. I suggest you do the same. His support of Quercetin is because he knows that many people cannot get a doctor to approve Ivermectin or HCQ. I included the early Ivermectin report just to show how stupid the people are who are without any information saying that it is an animal medicine and dangerous to use. As to zinc deficiency, about 1/3rd the world population is deficient in this virus fighter. In the US 1/3rd are also deficient in Vitamin D which most of us should be taking in the winter, and especially if we are also dark skinned (since the D formed in skin oils does not pass through dark pigment so easily to enter the body).
Should you suddenly loose your test and smell, you are probably zinc deficient and developing a virus infection. You would be wise to immediate start taking zine, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Quercetin (or Ivermectin or HCQ if you can get it) to fight whatever virus is using up your zinc stores.
