Remember the way they removed HCQ was by adding it as an approved protocol. Example: Aspirin isn't a protocol but it was approved for use for anything the doctor thought best. because all drugs that have been prior approval was allowed to be used. I believe this was Pence that added HCQ to approved protocols. Once it was on then they show it "doesn't work"

They did the tests to destroy the z-pack approved protocols by killing some test subjects all very ill people without using what was suggested. When z-pack was designed for early treatment. It was literally an assassination to kill those people and the protocol.
