I have heard it’s very good therapy to finish your dream, as soon as it wakes you up, to your satisfaction. Your brain is trying to work something out. So, finish your dream with you heroically forging your own path to a wonderful destination.
I have recurring dreams and this helped me. And it’s fun too.
