Judge Orders Lawsuit Against CDC’s International Traveler Testing Requirement May Proceed

Negative test within 24 hours of flight to the US is horrible.
Imagine having a departure time of 1AM, or late in the evening, and trying to comply with the 24 hour negative requirement.
That means that the traveler would have to get the negative result, file it with Trusted Traveler, and have all other reauired paperwork done, before heading to the airport.
Not all foreign countries have testing with such a fast turnaround. This means in some cases US citizens in foreign countries cannot return home for Christmas.
I am so glad I do not have to travel out of state for work or have family in other states or countries to worry about.
I feel really badly for people who are not in this position.
