Thanks! Yes, I did! We managed to survive, and we have life skills that, God willing, will see us through this man-made disaster. I tell my teenaged (being raised conservative) grandkids every time the democrats are in control this crap happens. I remember Carter. Sleeping in the car, in the gas station, so we’d be one of the first in line to fill up, told to put a sweater on, our first house interest rate at 19%, don’t hang Christmas lights outside. The democrats are the party of failure.
I went into the Army due to Carter’s bumbling. Well, I wasn’t FORCED; my Dad was Navy, so there was SOME competition there, LOL!
No jobs. No $ for college from my folks who had one of those crazy-high mortgages, no gas or gas shortages and lines, crazy prices.
