I’m not sure which store. We have pig’s here too, I shop their meat specials, they have good deals. Try quinoa (kean-wha), that goes a long way, and is a great source of protein. You can find it by the rice. Instead of hamburger, I make chili with the red quinoa and it’s great.
I’ll try your suggestion with the Quinoa. I got Beau to eat some Couscous last week. Even with an extra sprinkling of real Parmesan, it wasn’t a huge hit.
