HR1 Is the Democrat Party’s Coup de Grâce in Their Complete Takeover of the United States – Will Codify Their Election Fraud In Perpetuity
The Democrats announced they were going to table the horrible US ‘Build Back Broke’ bill yesterday. This news came as Senator Manchin continued to show his hesitation in supporting the economically suicidal legislation.
Instead, they are going to again focus on their national election bill – HR1. This is a complete communist takeover of America’s election system.

This is a very tough sell in the federal courts because the constitution is quite clear.
I am not saying the outcome is known and the bill is not a threat, but it might be a pretty far reach to federalize elections even with a leftist court. It won’t stop them from trying though.

The RCV provisions in HR1 are the really important part.
With those in place, even if every voter is a legal voter, Deep State can STILL steal elections.
The left’s only chance to survive and keep power is this bill and their plan to pack the Supreme Court.
These two moves are dangerous for our Republic. If the right doesn’t fight these moves, the left will rule our country until the bitter end…

The American people stood around and did nothing to the murderer of an innocent woman on January 5...

There will be thousands of these draconian events/strategies in the next few years as our former freedoms & liberties continue to be trampled by our communist masters...

Every RINO who must face a primary in 2022 must be voted out and replaced with constitutional patriots at every level, but especially in the state legislatures who gave the Steal to the Vegetable over their refusal to enforce voter ID because of their petty hatred of Trump.
If everyone with an (R) after their name fought for the people like MTG, the republican party would be unstoppable.
Can we even trust the Supreme Court to overturn this unconstitutional monster of a bill if it passes? How to get five patriots to save our Republic, that’s a close question at this point.

Every single Republican is on record as being against this. Manchin has problems with it and Sinema just announced she won’t support nuking the filibuster for it.

What does the Constitution say? “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators. The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.”

House Bill HR1 Lays Groundwork for Ranked Choice Voting

The U.S. House of Representatives has once again introduced the For the People Act as the first bill in their legislative session. The bill includes many electoral reforms, among them funding towards systems which can administer ranked choice voting (RCV) elections.
H.R. 1 was also introduced in 2019, but failed to gain traction in the Senate last session. In the current Congress, the bill has a greater chance of passing. Senate leadership has also made the bill a priority for the new session. The bill allocates funding for states with outdated voting systems to update them. A clause in the section allocating funding states,
“...an eligible State which receives a grant to replace a voting system under this section shall ensure that the replacement system is capable of administering a system of ranked choice voting under which each voter shall rank the candidates for the office in the order of the voter’s preference.“
In short, the new election systems funded by this bill will be able to count ranked ballots. While the bill does not expand where RCV elections are occurring, it will ensure many new states have voting systems that could administer an RCV election. This is an important step, and should H.R. 1 become law, it will remove potential roadblocks to the future expansion of RCV.
As RCV gains momentum across the country, our elected officials demonstrate strong leadership by including this provision in flagship legislation to ensure cities and states are prepared to modernize their elections to RCV.
