I would like it if you would elaborate a bit on why that you hold that it is fake.

Several steps are left out in composing the headline, so what is presented is a worst-case scenario from the article, but the upshot is that but if one doesn’t ante up $15,000 fine one could end up with up to a year in prison.

Is that fake?

It’s not so far off. Mandates for those 14 y/o and over will be required to get vaxed. There will be a $3,900 fine imposed every 3 months if unvaxed without an authorized exemption . If those fines are unpaid, jail may be the next step.

The steps that ‘were left out’ are quite serious as well.
