I think they ‘work’ to enough of a fashion that many vaxxed have no immediate problems healthwise. So much so they feel immune and emboldened to get out and about with no restrictions.
That does not mean their bodies kill the Covid virus, prevent it from remaining and incubating, and possibly mutating for retransmission to someone else. And threin lies the problem.
