Same concept applies to, "Beware of Dog," signs.
They might seem clever, but in some jurisdictions, they can be viewed as evidence was aware their dog was dangerous.
Best bet is simply the classic, "No Trespassing," sign(s) visibly and prominently displayed.

I always liked the “Trespassers will be violated” signs.

IF YOU COME ON TO MY PROPERTY, I WILL HOLD YOU AT GUNPOINT, MARCH YOU DOWN TO MY BASEMENT, AND RAPE AND TORTURE YOU (NO MATTER YOUR GENDER) FOR SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE PEELING YOUR SKIN FROM YOUR BODY, SLOWLY, UNTIL YOU PERISH FROM THE PAIN. I MAKE THIS STATEMENT IN FULL AWARENESS OF ITS POTENTIAL INFLUENCE IN ANY CRIMINAL CASE I AM INDICTED ON. SIGNED, LAZAMATAZ. (notary public stamp and information follows.)

I have a Beware Of Dog sign. It keeps people out. My dog died years ago.
