The temptation is too great!
Hot Dog eating contests are a dime a dozen.
Me, I’ll enter a cannoli eating contest any day
of the week.
No doubt about it, we need equipment tech tradesmen
here in the states to see this never occurs again.

Add a handful of grated cheddar cheese and we’ll each
have a dog.
When younger and the state fair was a genuine EVENT,
the corny dogs sold on the ground were an epicurean
delight. Finding a recipe online, now make a hot dog
casserole, cornbread batter, dog “coins” sauteed with mustard and onions and adding grated cheddar cheese before baking. Almost as good w/o the stick.

Does sound weird. Cinnamon and allspice rather than
jalapenos and chili powder. Mention chili around
these parts and you’d be meaning Texas chili. :)
