The results can be considered quasi-randomised.

The Brazilian city of Itajai has offered Ivermectin as prophylaxis (0.2mg/day/kg for 2 days every 2 weeks) to its 220,000 inhabitants and meticulously tracked the results.

60% (with higher risk) took IVM over 7 months.

The Covid hospitalization and mortality rates were HALVED.

That’s great, but where is the follow on study to also give this sample Zinc, Vitamin C & D, and maybe even quecertin on top of the Ivermectin.

So about a 10% reduction in infection, but 50% reductions in hospitalizations and deaths.

Not a silver bullet, but very significant.

The dosage and timing are likely not optimized for treatment, so a different protocol might work better.

The FDA is working with the post office to hold packages containing ivermectin. The FDA could better use its resources to, I don’t know, publicly release the docs submitted by Pfizer to license its mandated liability-free V earlier than 75 years from now!
