He says he’s not a liberal or a conservative but an “institutionalist.” So I guess “institutionalist” is the new word for liberal, since progressive obviously did not help rehabilitate them.
But then he says that some are trying to burn it down. He’s obviously referring to liberals. Liberals have always wanted to change things and conservatives have always wanted to preserve them. The liberals have always wanted to burn it to the ground and rebuild. I would say that’s what he’s saying, but realistically he has no idea what he’s talking about.
