Wow, if this is true, then many Americans working today have no capacity to think clearly, about anything.
If one is “vaccinated” and believes it works, why would it matter if a co-worked is not “vaccinated”? If one is “vaccinated” and believes it does not work, whey would it matter if a co-worked is not “vaccinated”?

I wonder, though, if this sets them up for legal liability in cases of vaccine injuries, since the government isn’t “forcing” them to mandate.

In some states, companies that mandate vaccines may be stuck with the medical liabilities resulting from such mandates.
IF there were a vaccine for this disease, it might make sense for people to get it. But, there is NO vaccine for covid, period.

Make sure the PERSON(S) making the decision are personally sued as well. The company shareholders are not at fault for this.

Per the Quatar study of 350,000 people published in the New England Journal of Medicne, only 0.4% of cases were re-infections with an average time of 277 days between infections and all were mild, proving natural immunity is better than Vaccinated, which infection is about 30% with Delta over a similar time period and the Vaccines have even less hope against Omicron.
Denying natural immunity and putting all you hope into liar Fauci, is right where the WEC and The Great Reset want you. Go for it. We still have our guns.

I think this is how the Mob works. These companies must make the play with it all hanging out. Government is demanding this of them to join the game.
Note the LACK of Government action. No legislation, no votes. Government is going to pull a big, “Who, me?”, at some point and deny all responsibility.
My company is going forward with it. We’re a chemical refinery with about 150 workers on site. They’re not firing the un-vaxed, but will make them test out of their own pocket once a week staring at the beginning of January.
We have an outbreak going on now. 5 people positive in my office. 3 with just the sniffles, 2 very sick - one went into the hospital Friday. The two sick people are both our strident anti-vaxers. Both are single mothers with children. I like them both very much and pray for their recovery.
Our company “ bribed” workers with a $100 gift card if you got vaxed. Results were mixed, right now we’re at 76% vaxed.
I’m vaxed and boosted as well as my entire family. No problems. But I don’t care if other’s aren’t vaxed. And I’m not onboard with people getting fired over it.
I’m glad I’m not in HR. Everyone in the team I mangedis vaxed, so we barely think about it.

Which states?
Screw the Nannie’s and Karens that think they can force their Nazi-health agenda on the rest of us. They are the minority and deserves to be fired if they won’t work with everyone.
Maybe these companies should check with their insurance companies to see if they are covered on liability for damage as a result of their mandate.
Looking at the CDC flu numbers from last year I am not convinced there even is a COVID.

What caused the private non-fed-contract companies to go ahead and mandate the shots before the OSHA rule came out?
I can see arm twisting (threatening withholding of $) by the feds on their direct employees, the military, Medicare/Medicaid providers, and fed contractors.
