Any time in my 69 years of walking the earth, the suppozed pointyeggheads at “the who”, have always managed to keep the sovereignty of individual nations, at the foreefront.
Now, comes along this Jehu, who thinks he can muscle in, like Capone, on state’s sovereignty. Either he is a dimwit to that idea, or he is out to out- Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
In either case, our Constitution states that any treaty of any sort must be ratified by Congress. I do think that all those congresscritters fighting among themselves for better stakes in America, would be pleased with an outsider barging in.

I beleive either obamaimam ignored that, or skirted it somehow,when he basically,sold out,our sovereignty by joining in some treaty without congressional approval. I don’t remember the specifics now, but whatever it was, he bypassed congress somehow.
