Jana Duggar has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child in Arkansas - news that comes just one day after her brother Josh was found guilty of child porn charges.
The reality TV star from 19 Kids and Counting, 31, has been charged with the misdemeanor, an Elms Springs District clerk confirmed to DailyMail.com on Friday.
The local county clerk said Duggar was cited on September 9, 2021 but said she wasn't at liberty to say if the charge was connected to Josh.
Jana has entered a plea deal and is expected to appear in the Washington County District Court on January 10, the clerk said. The 31-year-old has no children of her own and is the eldest unmarried Duggar child.
If convicted, she could face 30 to 90 days in jail behind bars or fines.
The news comes one day after her brother Josh, 33, was found guilty of downloading a vile trove of 'the worst of the worst' child porn.
He had been charged with two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography, and faces up to 20 years in prison.
Jana was spotted attending her brother's trial in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Tuesday. She appeared in 'high spirits laughing and mingling with family during breaks, including Josh,' The Sun reported.
Jana is the second child and first daughter of Jim and Michelle Duggar. The 31-year-old still lives with her parents and many of her younger siblings.
The family still lives on the compound where Counting On was filmed for 11 seasons starting in 2015.

Just mind-boggling as to what adults see in child porn. There’s nothing there! When I looked at porn in my wild liberal college days it was always older women. I didn’t even like the young adults whom they market as “teens.”
Oh gee ya think? The whole thing about being on that TLC reality show was showing people that they were America’s “most wholesome family”

I figured this must have to do with Josh and his kids and she must have let him see the kids alone or something.

The rumor mill here is that she fell asleep babysitting and a child ran outside and was found playing outside without supervision.

I find it amusing that folks like the OP just obsess over other people and their lives. The seething hatred simply doesn’t make sense here.

The problem with the “quiverful” movement is it focuses on quantity versus quality.
I’d rather have 2 or 3 arrows, well made that fly straight, than 22 made from sticks around the yard that break the moment they’re released.
