It seems like the FDA would want a double blind study of vaxxed and unvaxxed to look for short and long-term problems. But, it is clear that the FDA wants to eliminate the unvaxxed control group as does the most of the rest of government.

The 1918 Spanish Flu occurred in four waves between early 1918 and early 1920. At the time the pandemic was occurring, they did not know if it was viral or bacterial. Didn’t know it was influenza until some years later. The point being, no one knows why the waves stopped. Many suspect the deadly pathogen was replaced in the ecosystem by a less lethal version.

So far, it looks like Omicron has the potential to end the deadly versions of COVID. No deaths yet reported from Omicron. If this stays true, we should all go lick hand rails and ride in elevators all day and try to get natures vaccine.

Interesting. Last time I looked the US was at 57.8% vaccinated. That means the vaccinated are more likely to get omicron than the unvaccinated.

So, when can we expect a pronouncement from Herr Fauci saying we should check the vaccination status of friends and family and only allow unvaccinated at holiday gatherings? :-/

That is a very good question. A question I have not found the answer to either.

The announcement was suspiciously timed on the Friday after Thanksgiving when the US stock market was open for a short day of light trading. It crashed the US markets. The markets recovered some the next Monday on news of mild symptoms being observed. So on Tuesday there were government announcements of possible new restrictions and lockdowns which crashed the stock markets again. It seems much is being done to keep the fear going.
