I only eat once a day. Have for years. Ever since an unknown stomach virus wrecked my guts.
Usually after 9 pm

I can go 3-4 days without eating and not think a thing about it
Used to weigh as much as 260. Now I can barely keep it over 150
I agree with you and have done so for one year. A1C was 6.6 which is now 5.2. Lost 40 pounds and discontinued 5 (all) medications. All numbers are good.
What about the adult beverages? Where do they fit in?
