Used to weigh as much as 260. Now I can barely keep it over 150

I aimed to maintain 146. The advent of COVID and my wife's completely unreliable work schedule has destroyed any semblance of controlled eating schedules. I'm holding between 153 and 154 now. The 32/30 Wrangler jeans still need a tight belt. I'm 5 ft 11 in. 14.7% fat. It's a constant challenge to keep it controlled.
