Then it is the responsibility of the business to educate and make it very clear to cashiers what is legal and what is not. This was. and only another uneducated wokie manager would have claimed it was not.

The problem is, wokies in their own mind make up laws that are just not so. It is compulsive “obstructionism” from the subconscious.

Many decades ago I worked in a bank. Then each teller had a “spoiled” bill drawer. Those bills went directly to the nearest Fed bank for disposal.
