You are making the case that she won't run because she can't win. Do you think she believes that? She believes she DID win even though her only explanation of why she didn't was something she made up about Putin stealing it from her.

Maybe the Obama wing will be able to suppress her but she absolutely still wants to be President so bad she can taste it.

Anyone in politics that has been sort of in the background but suddenly rises up and seeking headlines when you are about two years ahead of a Presidential election should be assumed to be testing the waters on a Presidential run.
